Abstract: The basic socialist system in our country determines that we must uphold the values of collectivism.However,with the structural reform of the socialist market economy,the traditional value system of collectivism is facing the unprecedented challenges.In the new period,to maintain and further improve the collectivism,we should always adhere to the principle of people-oriented,and properly handle the interests' relations between the individual and the collective to promote the socialist modernization driving smoothly.
