大学生环境情绪智力量表的编制

The Development of Environmental Emotional Intelligence Scale among College Students

摘要: 根据情绪智力三维结构理论编制适用于大学生的环境情绪智力量表。依据理论构想共编写和收集了200个题目,并依据量表编制的原则对这些题目进行评价、修改、删除,最后研究者选取其中的119个题目作为初始量表,随后在277名大学生被试中进行了调查。结果表明:对初始量表进行项目分析和探索性因素分析后,形成含有3个因素72个项目的正式量表;环境情绪智力量表的3个因素的载荷在0.418~0.718之间,累积解释量为38.52%;相关分析结果表明3个分量表两两之间分别达到中等程度极其显著的正相关,而3个分量表分别与总量表之间达到极其显著的较高正相关;信度分析结果显示3个分量表的α系数分别为0.866、0.931、0.946,总量表的α系数为0.959

Abstract: By developing environmental emotional intelligence scale based on three-dimension-structure theory of emotional intelligence for college students,collecting 200 topics according to the theory,and then apprising,amendingand deleting these topics,the author finally chooses 119 topics to form the primary scale,and let 277 college students complete it.The results showes that after topic analysis and confirmatory factor analysis,extracted 3 factorors and 72 items formed the final scale.The three sub-scales stan...
