Abstract: Nature of political human has tow meanings including behavioral motivation and behavioral pattern.The low opinions on nature of political man admit the animal nature and self-interest belonging to man,and the advanced opinions cheer for the self-fulfillment and perfection of man.The developmental opinion on that agrees that nature of political human is a changing and evolving system,and its nature is decided by some factors,such as circumstance,movement,elite and personality.
