Abstract: SONG Min-Qiu,born in a learned family,was a famous historian.He finsihed a large number of works.He edited Henan Local Records and Chang an Local Records,which had an important position in developing history of Local Records.Especially,the time,the narrative type and influence of Henan Local Records have been worth paying attention to.
