国外高等职业教育“产学合作”模式及其启示

摘要: 国外高职教育的"产学合作"模式体现了学校、企业在文化知识教育和职业技能训练上职能分工、理论与实践紧密结合以及学校和企业资源共享的原则,被实践证明是高职发展的最佳模式。目前我国的产学合作尚存在学校重视不够、企业积极性不高以及缺乏有效的合作机制等问题。借鉴国外高职教育发展模式,我国高职教育发展应重视校企合作的制度设计,促使学校转变办学观念,积极寻求与企业的合作,针对企业的需求设置课程,创新对学生的考核评价方式。
