Abstract: Unit as one of subject of crime has caused the legal difficulty in criminal law theory and the practice which cannot be avoided.Fine is not the effective way to establish the market economy basic system,and can easily cause damage of deterrent function of the criminal law.Unit crime is deeply influenced by our country tradition law thought,but it seriously departs from our country tradition law thought actually.Subject of unit crime must be cancelled under our country existing judicature background.
