Abstract: Deeply influenced by the thoughts of Judeo-Christian Kairos,the time of plot in the Tempest can be taken as the moment of opportunity.At the same time,the time of plot is comparable with the concept of Christian time on both aspects: historical time and Christian time.So we think that time plays an important role to the theme.And so is the place in the play.
