河南省农民工权益维护法律支持系统研究——以信阳市农民工维权机制为切入点

摘要: 法律手段是解决农民工权益保障的最为有力、有效的手段。目前,全国各地也都在采取各种不同手段来维护农民工的合法权益,但尚未建立健全一套科学有效的法律保障体系。河南是农业大省,更是农民工大省,能不能在全国率先走出一条为农民工维权的新思路?笔者通过对信阳市双向维权机制调研,提出进一步完善农民工维权思路,以人为本,创新理念,通过加快政府职能转变、加强制度革新和执法力度等手段,切实维护好、发展好农民工权益保障工作的建议,以兹立法司法借鉴。
