我国农村公共物品供给机制的困境及创新途径

Analysis on the Dilemma of Rural Public Goods Provision Mechanism and Its Innovation in China

摘要: 我国农村公共物品供给机制长期面临着供给总量严重不足,供给结构严重失衡,供给效率低下等困境,已成为制约我国农村经济社会发展的瓶颈问题。解决我国农村公共物品供给机制面临的困境,必须在供给制度方面进行改革和创新,即构建多中心的供给体制以及充分发挥社会资本的有益作用。

Abstract: Rural public goods provision mechanism in China confronts some dilemmas,such as serious shortage of supply,unbalance of structure and low efficiency in long time which become an issue of restricting rural economic development.To solve these dilemmas,we should make efforts in reformation and innovation of the provision mechanism,that is,to build polycentric supply mechanism and make the social capital effective
