Abstract: The design and application of probation system of China is scientific and reasonable and thus suitable for national conditions.However,there is some defects in probation legislation and there are also some obstacles in the application of probation system during judicial practice.From the trend of development,we should further explicit the specific stipulations of probation system to perfect the legislation of probation of our country.
