试论海峡两岸农业交流与合作中的若干法律问题

On the Legal Issues on Agricultural Exchange and Cooperation between the Mainland and Taiwan Island

摘要: 目前,在两岸农业交流与合作取得丰硕成果的同时,相关法律问题也日益彰显,这些问题包括涉台农业行政纠纷、农业知识产权纠纷,以及台商在大陆从事农业经营与贸易的其他相关法律问题。欲解决这些问题,首先应该在立法上形成一套偏重于地方立法的法律规范体系,其次是建立涉台农业知识产权保护机制,再次是健全涉台行政执法,完善其他相关法律配套措施,等等。
