Abstract: This article thinks that official blog will complement the limitation of the traditional public opinion.Based on the interactive relationship between the official blog and the expression of public opinion,it points out that the function of integrating public opinion will help to ensure the public speaking right and perfect construction of the government s reply mechanism.This is very important to rescue the risk of public participation in the public policies.
