Abstract: DENG Xiao-ping s Economic Theory was closed connected with the Theory of New-democratic Economy.Deng Xiao-ping s Economic Theory not only contains the basic contents of the Theory of New-democratic Economy completely,but also makes up the defects of it,which makes a great contribution to its theory system and is helpful for the most creative contents in the Theory of New-democratic Economy regain vigor and vitality in the primary stage of socialism.
