Abstract: In China,in fact,land use right for farmers housing have the responsibility of rural social security,so the system of its rights is.Though it is so-called usufruct right,there are many differences between them.It can be safely said that after ending the mission of rural social security,the land use right for farmers housing will regress to its standard of property right,with reform of town and country;with construction of the system of rural social security.
