Abstract: In this thesis,the author attempts to investigate the production and development process of Chinese ancient music from the angle of national esthetic psychology,and then delineate its internal esthetic principle,such as demonstrating the world experienced by the innermost feeling with "neutralization beauty",using the typical "timbre beauty" as the measure of value for artistic taste and using "elusive beauty" as the highest boundary of spirit pursue.
