Abstract: On the coming of the era that English is becoming a global language,its globalization arouses an extensive localization.As one of the varieties during the process of English localization in China,China English is gradually accepted and approbated by scholars all over the world.The appearance of China English has its objectivity and rationality and its functions could not be ignored in intercultural communication;it is an important tool or method to introduce Chinese culture to the world.
