Abstract: Reductive inference is a kind of probability inference which widely used in criminal investigation activities.It has itself specific intension.We should define the reductive inference.More over,for the sake of using the reductive inference in criminal investigation activities,we should set up the logic schemata for it truly,and draw a distinction among the schemata basing on inference intensity.
