Abstract: During the process of evolving from a party that led the people in fighting for state power to onethat has led the people to long remain exercising in power,the CPC became gradually mature in ideology and theory.Since the Sixteenth National Congress,the CPC has become more mature by establishing the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Being gradually mature in ideology and theory is an important symbol of the CPC's being all-round mature.
