Abstract: The Henan Red Lance Organization during the Period of the Great Revolution was concerned by the CPC which always paid attention to the questions of peasants especially for the development of boorish revolution in the north of China.The early leaders of the CPC developed the policy of using the Red Lance Organization to develop the peasant movement by surveying and analyzing it.Consequently,there were some successful cases and mistakes about CPC' policies.
