摘要: 全球化所带来的国家安全疆域的非地域化、模糊化、扩大化和网络化,使国家安全基本内涵和存在的客观基础发生了深刻的变革,文化边疆逐步凸显出来,成为国家安全新的着眼点。同传统地理边疆相比,文化边疆具有自身的内涵和特点。全球化时代中国国家文化边疆安全的维护,必须在确立文化边疆观的基础上,通过构建具有中国因素的国际认同文化,构筑科学的国家文化安全管理机制,实施国家文化产业战略,以维护国家文化边疆安全。
