  • 摘要: 高校人力资源管理的主体是教师。目前高校人力资源管理还存在一些问题,使教师的作用没有得到很好的发挥,构建以人为本的人力资源管理体系显得非常必要。通过教师聘用机制、培育机制和激励机制的建立,促进高校人力资源优化,使其为经济社会建设培养更多人才,发挥更大作用。
