Abstract: Kin Concealment System originates from Confucius,and it has contained the modern criminal law basic value: met the basic need of human nature,reasonably solved the moral duty and the legal duty conflict and implied the thought of anticipated possibility in the modern criminal law.Referring to foreign criminal law,we should reconstruct contemporary Kin Concealment System,so as to satisfy the demand of establishment of harmonious society.
