摘要: 买房贵、上学贵、看病贵已成为"新三大民生问题",引起了公众和学界的广泛关注。"新三大民生问题"的产生与公共政策公共性的流失密切相关,文章对"新三大民生问题"与公共政策公共性流失的关系进行了深入研究,指出坚持公共政策价值观的公共性,完善对公共政策的质量评估,实现公众对公共政策的制度化参与,防止特殊利益集团对公共政策公共性的侵蚀,改进公共责任追究机制建设是公共政策公共性的提升之道。
