Abstract: Women in Han Dynasty enjoyed both the rights of identity inheritance(the rank of nobility and the head of household) and the rights of property inheritance under ways of inheritance according to law and that according to testament,which women in later feudalism society couldn't compare with;Different dignity of female in Han Dynasty family belong to different inheritance order;The protection on women's rights of inheritance imposed by Han law had something with society background and ideas of Han Dynasty.
