Abstract: intercultural communication is conducted between people with different cultural settings.Different nationality has different historical backgrounds,local conditions and customs,cultural traditions and so on.All the cultural differences influence the translation of business English.So in business English translation,the cultural differences should receive much more attention according to the equivalence principle.
