Abstract: Modern Nanyin is a kind of traditional music which is popular in Fujian,Taiwan,Hong Kong,Macao and South Asia.But in the ancient document of Ershiwushi and Shisanjin,it has special content.Here,I think that modern Nanyin has a close relation with historical Nanyin.The regional features and music form of historical Nanyin made substantial preparation for modern Nanyin.Modern Nanyin absorb the essence from historical Nanyin.
