论不同教育管理方式下政府与学校的关系

On the Relation between the Government and Schools under the Different Educational Management Styles

摘要: 政府与学校的关系是国家与教育关系的具体化,直接受行政管理体制的影响,所以在不同的教育管理方式下,二者之间的关系是迥然不同的,体现在教育行政机构、办学自主权、公共教育资源、教学管理、教育责任等方面具有不同的特点。研究分析政府与学校的关系,能更好地发挥政府在教育生活中依法履行的职责及其所应有的功能,以促进学校的发展。
