Abstract: During the Anti-Japanese War,at the premise of maintenance of their own benefits in Shangxi,YAN Xi-shan,head of Shanxi local strength,adopted different political strategies to Japanese imperialists,the CPC and Jiang Jieshi Group,which fully manifests their repeatability and complexity.These strategies have their profound reasons,and in the meantime have deep influence on war situation and its own development.
