论高校教学与科研之互动关系

On the Interactive Relationship between Teaching and Scientific Research in Institutions of Tertiary

摘要: 高等学校教学与科研是一种互动的关系。教学需要科研,科研离不开教学。教学与科研的互动是实现高校人才培养的需要,也是教学过程产生的必然结果。大学教师要立足教学岗位,重视科研对教学的促进作用。一个不从事科学研究的高校教师不能算得上优秀的教师;一个不从事教学的教师不能称其为教师。
