Abstract: The paper analyses the characters of the tourism enterprise of the Urban RBD and tourists from the tourists angle,and puts forward that the economization of the traffic cost for the tourists is one of the important reason of the tourism enterprise aggregation based on the analysis of the classical theory of the enterprise aggregation.
