Abstract: In the most countryside areas of the plain in the middle of China,the folk stories about "WANG Mang pursuing and wiping out LIU Xiu" have been known to every household and have struck root in the heart of the people since Han Dynasty.These stories can be divided into the following types: to be in danger but suddenly good luck being presented,receiving God's bless,being helped because of his kindness to somebody and legacy of history.
