Abstract: Lawyer system's coming into being and development has been affected by many factors such as politics,economy,culture,law,etc,among which economic system has played a decisive role,and commodity economy(market economy) has been the impulsion of it.To survey lawyer's system from the lay of economic system is an important way to research lawyer's system and a significant perspective to enrich and perfect the basic system info of the study of lawyer.
