Abstract: After rejecting all kinds of theoretical schools but Confucius,The emperor Han Wudi did not only found Taixue,but also establish election system of Han dynasty.The tenet of Taixue was propagandizing,domesticating and bringing up person with ability.Election system provided guarantee for national bureaucracy circulated naturally.Taixue and election system were interdependent,which took on crucial function in construction and development of Lianghan State.
