Abstract: There is no definite scope for the discussion of rhetoric.This article aims to disclose the rhetoric characteristics of the language in official documents and tries to find its reason,emotion and aesthetic perception from this aspect.The theory used in the article is based on Tang Yong-xiang′s Rhetoric.
