Abstract: X-efficiency Theory is a theoretical system which takes X-efficiency as its core concept.In this thesis the author applies X-efficiency Theory to analyze the general X-inefficiency phenomena in the field of higher education of our country,and he also makes a discussion on how to overcome the X-inefficiency of the production of higher education.
