Abstract: Affiance is essentially a pre-contract concerning connections between identities.This property gives birth to a legal restriction on respective client,but not an obligation of fulfillment.The reliance interest loss of the adversary should be paid for when the client terminates the affiance without reasonable ground or his negligent act leads to the break of affiance.
