略论制度伦理与政治文明建设

摘要: 制度是伦理精神的外在物化形式,它的存在和演变无不以一定的伦理精神作为依据。政治文明建设的核心是政治民主化、法制化,因此,政治文明建设离不开伦理精神的指引。同时,政治文明的进步又以一定的伦理精神相吻合为标志。因而制度伦理内在地包含在政治文明之中。
