Abstract: The ideological and political education of university students is confronted with many new problems and challenges,and new breakthrough and development are expected to be made.Advice issued by the Central Committee and the State Council on strengthening and improving the ideological and political education of university students is a guiding report and disciplines of the following actions which will instruct and direct this complicated and systematic project,so it should be carried out carefully.
