Abstract: At present,overwhelming majority rural areas have been reduced the agricultural tax in our country.Under this new situation,to prevent the price of agricultural materials from rising excessively,to prevent the "Peasant burden" from increasing in disguise,to develop "the green ecological agriculture",and to establish the safeguard system are the effective ways to promote the harmonious and sustainable development of the rural economy.
