摘要: 从新《普通高等学校学生管理规定》出发,结合人本主义教育观的相关理论,指出新《规定》颁布前高校学生管理工作缺乏人性化的现状,并在贯彻新《普通高等学校学生管理规定》的基础上提出构建高校学生管理的新模式。

Abstract: Begining with the new regulation.this thesis combines the humanist pedagogy and points that the student's management of the university lacks the humanization.And on the basis of carrying out the new regulation this thesis propositions that we must construct new models of the student's management of university.
