Abstract: Form-meet agent is the result of agent system being perfected further,and it has an important status in acting for the systems.Contract Law has established this system,and it is the legislative basis of form-meet agent in our country.But Contract Law still has some shortcomings and need to be perfected,so that it will be helpful for form-meet agent system being practiced in reality.
