Abstract: According to the cause-and-effect theory and the recalling influence practice, we can see that the recalling reference is to justify the definite relation between effect and cause. It is crucial to list thoroughly the cause that is concerning with the matter and exclude the irrelevant cause. As a result, we can define the recalling inference and get the right formula of it. On the other hand, the right formula may inspire and instruct the inferring practice.
