Abstract: Based on the investigation by means of questionnaire and inquiries, contacting with the reality, in this thesis, the authors first presuppose the main factors that may affect the satisfaction degree with the work of the university faculty, then conduct sample test in the representative universities in Henan Province, obtain information of the present state of the satisfaction degree with the work of the university faculty in Henan Province, and put forward some active countermeasures.
