Abstract: In the worldwide discussion on the conflict of law, and the conflict of morality about euthanasia, there appears a trend to legalization of euthanasia. In our country, euthanasia is a complicated and prudential issue which demands much attention. We should strengthen research demonstration and guidance, and try to regulate and control euthanasia.
