Abstract: Mozi and the Mohist School adapted themselves to the social trend of issuing the red-made law, maintained the main thought framework of "love all the people and benefit them", and took the stand of the labors with lower social status. By criticizing the noble slaver ruling system that safeguarded the benefits of the upper society, they put forward a series of legal thoughts.
