Abstract: In ZHONG Rong's"criticism of Poetry", he pays great attention to inner feelings which are embodied in poems. The inner feelings were the important criteria that he criticizes poems. His emotional views are reflected on many aspects such as natural world sparking the feelings, social life triggering the feelings. Furthermore, he criticizes poems through inner feelings and he argues describing things as much as feelings.
