Abstract: The history of P.E culture can be dated back to primitive time, but the distinction of its concept has not been clearly made both at home and abroad. P.E. culture is the combination of P.E wisdom and practical abilities based on social activity, physical exercises, ways of living as well as the produced physical and spiritual products that are created in our daily social life.
