Abstract: In order to punish the judicial corruption and realize judicial honest, a set of occupational moral principles superior to the general social moral principles must be established for the judicature, and a good mechanism must also be founded and executed. To improve the whole level of all the judicature, enhance their ethical faiths, and increase judicial practice level will be helpful to heighten the social moral level, improve the judicature moral quality, and bring about the judicial justice.
