Abstract: The social disturbance during Dong Han Dynasty under the rule of emperor Huan and Ning was mainly due to the fact that the constantly strengthened power of the squire-group which was against the tyrannical emperor. However, the direct cause of this disturbance was the activities carried out by the eunuch-group which intensified the conflict between the squire-group and the emperor right.
