Abstract: Urbanization becomes the certain trend during the modernization process of China.As the speeding of urbanization,land-losing peasants problem has seriously affected the achievement of the roundly construction of affluent society.In order to solve this problem,we should build up the social security of the land-losing peasants,exchange land for insurance,which can secure the land-losing peasants’living and enable them to enjoy their legal rights.
